KEMBA Financial Credit Union at 941 Hill Road North, Pickerington, Ohio.

Kemba shut my debit card off without warning me. So I went in to this location, where I was informed my debit card was shut off because I had the new chip card. When I told them I didn't, I was met with hostility, and told I did have the new card and I should start using it...WOW Kemba is so good that they know what I have and feel confident enough to call me a lier! So, I took half my money(so I wouldn't accidently bounce any payments while setting up my new account somewhere else).
So I spoke with someone at Kemba's call center about this, and they were very apologetic about it, even sent me a $25 gift card BUT Huntington Bank offered me $150 to start banking with them and promised I wouldn't be called a lier.
The offers alone make it worth it, I mean it is just business, but Kemba made it personal and I won't stand for that.
